Change Your Habits - Change Your Business!


There are Two Types of Habits...
-Bad Habits - Unorganized and Overwhelmed
-Good Habits - Organized and Systematic
Most people will have either marginal or exceptional habits. They have expectations that are greater than their habits. You want to have exceptional habits that are going to serve you.Start Changing Habits Today!

How to start changing your habits
-One Decision at a time
-One Day at a time

Each day, decide to take a look at all of the habits that you have that do not serve you and choose one.

Take that habit and create a system for change that habit to an exceptional habit or if the habit is task oriented, break down the task into smaller easier to manage tasks.
Remember: Exceptional Habits Require Discipline. Discipline includes changing your mindset and your dialogue with yourself which should always be positive. Changing your habits directly influences changing who you attract.
Repeat the process each day—One day at a time.
Make the decision to commit to a 7-day plan then expand it to 30 or 90-days until your habit is changed from marginal-not serving to your success, to an Exceptional Habit!
Live in the solution and not the problem…
Instead of saying change is hard or too difficult…Change your dialogue and say Change is easy and Change is Now!
